NANCY HASSETT fingerless gloves were born from a simple idea: handwear should feel effortless - like a second skin - yet expressive enough to elevate the everyday while offering sun protection, softness, and subtle luxury. Gloves made to move with you. Expressive, protective, and fun.
Meet Nancy
As a 79 year old woman who's lived an active life, my hands have done the hard work. They show it, so I decided to create a glove that was beautiful and practical, that complements what I'm wearing and how I'm feeling. Also, after discovering cancer on my lower lip I realized how damaging the sun can be, so It was important to include sun protection.
I wanted a featherweight glove that would allow me to actually touch everything throughout my day and evening - a necessity. Creating this glove took years, involving a talented team of designers, textile experts and previous fashion innovators.
I'm extremely proud of these tipless gloves and sincerely hope you find them as comfortable and attractive as I intended them to be. Stay tuned for many more styles and textures coming up as we move forward.

Designing fingerless gloves that "disappear" onto the hand requires precision and purpose.
We've selected fabric not just for beauty, but for how it feels against the skin, how it stretches, recovers, protects, and breathes. Every seam is considered, every finish refined. The process is slow by design. Quality deserves time, and craftsmanship deserves care.

Nancy is committed to making charity a part of her life's work. We donate gloves to people who need them most. Whether it’s for recovery from a physical burn, injury, or a mental health pick-me-up for someone in need, we’re here to help.
Why Fingerless?
Because life requires us to be able use our sense of touch all day. I wanted a fingerless glove for myself, and simply could not find one anywhere that provided the lightweight feel and comfort I was looking for. So, I created it, loved it, and decided to offer it to other women.

To bring NANCY HASSETT to life, Nancy assembled a team of seasoned experts spanning women’s contemporary fashion, high-fashion accessories, apparel design, and advanced textiles. The group brings deep experience shaping modern wardrobes and innovating at the highest levels of the industry, including work with leading fashion houses and well-established brands.
Design Story
Nancy has a varied entrepreneurial and design history. From travel agencies, to Hot Water Habitats in Bethesda, MD, to the Savory Inn and Cooking School of Vail, CO, and numerous home design and renovations across the country. NANCY HASSETT gloves is her next adventure.

Inspired by Santa Barbara’s unique architecture, sparkling coastline, incredible natural beauty, and cultured aesthetic. Each pair is made to be lived in - from fiestas to quiet moments. Our fingerless gloves are created for the rhythm of real life, elevated.
